Manufactured using advanced polyurethane acrylic technology, VersEseal Multiflex cures to form a seamless waterproof membrane capable of accommodating normal building movement while maintaining exceptional adhesion to a wide range of properly prepared substrates.
Its advanced water-based formulation is low odour, solvent free and easy to apply using a brush or roller, making it suitable for both professional contractors and DIY users. The cured membrane provides excellent UV resistance and outstanding long-term performance in Australia’s harsh climate.

Colours
VersEseal Multiflex is supplied in Black.
For applications where a coloured or decorative finish is desired, the cured membrane can be overcoated using the VersEseal Top Coat or VersEseal Top Grip range. VersEseal Top Coat and VersEseal Top Grip have been specifically developed to bond to and remain flexible with the VersEseal Multiflex membrane while providing additional UV protection and an attractive finish.
The VersEseal Top Coat and VersEseal Top Grip ranges are available in a wide variety of colours, including popular Colorbond colours, making it ideal for roof restorations, decks, balconies and other exposed waterproofing applications.
